Shanti Sen
Shanti Sen is a respected senior banker with a successful international track record spanning 25 years. She established her investment banking career at Goldman Sachs and Warburgs (NY and London). For the past 12 years she has been an investment principal with organisations such as Parkes & Co and Assettrust in London and at the sovereign wealth fund, GIC, where she had global responsibility for the real estate corporate investment group and was based in it's HQ in Singapore. In 2007, she moved to Citigroup's HQ in New York to lead the merchant banking effort internationally within it's principal real estate arm. She has extensive work experience in global emerging markets including Russia, India, China, Vietnam, the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe.

Roger Ashby
Roger has had a diversified career in the energy and electronics and holds an honours degree in metallurgy from the University of Leeds along with post graduate diplomas from Cambridge and the Welsh School of Management. His career started in the oil industry with Royal Dutch Shell working post exploration facilities both for oil and LNG in the Middle East, Africa and North Sea. Upon the opening of the Soviet Union he became CEO of MTM House Ltd a specialist trader in Russian copper to the London Metal Exchange. In 1994 he was a founding Director of Dove Energy Ltd which managed the oil assets of Neste Oy in  several  North Sea fields and onshore licences in the Yemen and Syria. The company specialised in using innovative technologies to increase reservoir yields. Latterly he was recruited by The Gatsby Trust and was responsible for the establishment of the £100m University Challenge Seed Fund.  Arising from his work with the universities he was a founding director of Kymata Ltd., a fibre optic grating manufacturer, which exited by trade sale for $600m after 4 years. He is a member of the International Licensing Executives Society, UNICO, AUTM and The R& D Society.

Richard Smith
Richard Smith is a Practising accountant which during the last three years has mostly involved supplying services to Aegis Taxation Services which includes UK tax investigation work and some forensic accounting, making disclosures to HMRC of unpaid taxes on behalf of UK resident taxpayers, preparing reports and negotiating settlements. Prior to this Richard was Finance Director for Gala Consultancy Limited and managed the accounting and administration for a range of businesses involved in the fields of retail, pubs, clubs and restaurants, motor dealerships, building and allied trades, property development and investment, advertising and printing. Prior to this Richard was Deputy Finance Manager for Save & Prosper, Jersey, a fund management company. He has also held senior Positions with AVIS,  Hambros Channel Islands Trust Corporation, Reads & Co, Chartered Accountants (Jersey), Josolyne Leighton Bennett, Chartered Accountants (Taunton, Somerset), J & A W Sully & Co, Chartered Accountants (Bridgewater, Somerset), Fryer Sutton Morris, Chartered Accountants (Reading).

Shane Sutton
Shane Sutton acts as of counsel and provides thirty five years of legal experience to the firm. Born in Melbourne, Australia, Mr. Sutton obtained a BC.E., degree in 1969 and an LL.B. degree in 1972 from Monash University. He is admitted to practice law in the Australian jurisdictions of Victoria, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, as well as those in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In 1982, he worked with Bear Stearns to establish the first Australian Fund which achieved assets of AUD$750 million. In 1994, Mr. Sutton founded Shane Henty Sutton, P.C., a New York law firm, which specialized in corporate and real estate transactions. The firm represented significant institutional and individual real estate investors and also assisted development stage international companies seeking to enter the U.S. equity markets.

Rudolph Dennis Sirr
Mr Sirr gained over 35 years of international experience in risk management, insurance broking and underwriting.  In this time he gained a reputation for problem solving using innovative risk financing techniques to enhance project finance. He has also consulted to the governments of Kenya, Jamaica, Belize, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand on a range of issues from mining, farming and tourism to infrastructure development. Mr Sirr currently devotes all of his time in assisting Countries in South East Asia to develop their economies by attracting foreign investment.

Michael Johnson
Michael Johnson is a professional engineer and is currently seconded to the Swiss Commodity Holding AG company as its Chief Technical Officer to manage the  technical aspects of the mining and minerals processing related projects. He was also the President - Director of Business Development for TOA Consulting Services (formerly Hoogovens Technical Services TOA Business and Corus Consulting Inc and Hatch Operations and Training Services), responsible for identification and development of new business opportunities, including the development of strategic alliances, marketing and project financing as appropriate. Physically responsible for the management and development of business related proposals, including the designs as required  and implementation, mostly for International Clients
